End the pain and discomfort of endometriosis without drugs or surgery
How To End The Agony Of Endometriosis
With Natural Remedies
Here's what some women in your position have had to say about the program:
My Doctor Told Me The Only Way To Cure My Endo Was To Get Pregnant!
What planet was he from? Suppose I was dumb enough to take his advice then what? Who's going to feed and clothe this baby? Him? I think not!
Thanks Shola for helping me out with real advice that I can follow at home. I guess it takes a woman to provide practical ways of dealing with endo, doesn't?

It's Restored My Love Life
I had Endometriosis of the rectovaginal septum, and this made sex extremely painful, and put a strain on the relationship as well.
To be honest, the thought of surgery frightened me, and even though my boyfriend was keen for me to have it, I had my reservations. I kept thinking what if it grows back, I would have gone through all that pain for nothing.
The herbal treatments took about 2 cycles to "kick in", and now the pain is greatly reduced. Thank you.

Better Bowels Now
I had bowel endometriosis and I used to dread going to the toilet as I'd sometimes have constipation, and other times have diarrhea. I got cramps, nausea and sometimes threw up. My symptoms were making my life a living hell – especially in the week before my period.
Thanks to your natural methods my bowels are much healthier. My stools are almost back to normal (sorry for being so graphic) and the pain is much better.

Natural Methods Have Replaced Contraceptives
I used to take birth control pills to manage my endometriosis. They worked well, but I gained 42 pounds in my first year of taking the pill. Now I'm engaged and we're planning for a family the pills are no longer an option.
I stopped taking the pills and the symptoms came back. !forgot how bad it could be! OMG!
I've been following your natural methods for a few weeks and my period arrived two days ago. The bath suggestion, acupressure points, plus dietary changes make my endometriosis symptoms more manageable now. Thank you

Concerned Husband
My 26 year old wife has endo, and had surgery to remove some lesions two years ago. We noticed that over the past 5 months her endo symptoms were getting more intense: stomach pains, irregular cycles, and mood swings.
I was out of my mind with worry as she didn't want to go to the doctor as she thought there was nothing they could do for her except operate on her again, and she didn't want that.
Thanks to your information, the symptoms have been reduced a lot. The hormone balancing has got her period to a 29 day cycle and the nutrition advice has given her a new lease of life.
And she loves the massage techniques too! We are going to try for a baby this year, and will be calling on you for advice again soon.

Reduced Pain – No Need For Painkillers
Hi Shola, Linda Barnes, 35 years old from New Zealand. I first was diagnosed with Endometriosis when I was 28. My symptoms included painful periods, spotting all the way through the month, and bleeding during sex.
The doctor suggested the pill and cauterizing my cervix, but I still got periods even when I took the pill for 90 days with no break.
I took a break from the pill and my period pain came back in full force with severe abdominal cramps, head ache, back ache and nausea. Pain killers just about took the edge off the pain.
I bought your book 6 weeks ago and doing as much of the remedies as I can. I still have endo, but the pain is a lot less. Bearable even, so I'm off the painkillers now. I'll keep up with the remedies and update you in a couple of months to tell you how I get on.

No Hysterectomy For Me… Just Herbal Remedies
I have had endo for 11 years and for the past 3 years I've been treated on and off with prostap injections.
Its made my life miserable and I get so sick with unbearable pain each month and have had so much time off sick, I've been sacked 4 times already.
My next medical option was a hysterectomy, which I ruled out because I am trying to have a baby. I'm also terrified of surgery.
Thanks to your information and support, I've changed my diet completely and done some of the herbal remedies. The first month it took the edge off the pain and after 3 months I'm feeling next to normal again.
I really appreciate it.

A Natural Way To Balance The Hormones
Shola, this is exactly what I've been looking for – a natural way to balance my hormones and eliminate my endo symptoms. I was concerned about taking Lupron after reading about its side effects. I also hate injections! Thanks for showing me the way.

Dietary Changes Helped Level 4 Endo
Dear Shola, I have level 4 endometriosis, which gives me much pain, discomfort and fatigue. Strong painkillers keep me sane but just doing basic things like walking too far, standing up too long and cleaning made me tired.
My GP suggested exercise as an answer to the tiredness but some days it's hard to even get out of bed.
The energy-boosting tips have helped a lot. So did changing my diet, and avoiding the foods you mentioned. It all makes sense and it has made a big improvement. My energy levels are much higher now and the severe pain is now moderate.

What A Great Source Of Info
Hi Shola - thank you for letting me have a copy of The Endo Remedy. As a herbalist, I'm used to advising clients on which herbs to use to balance hormones, combat pain and inflammation, etc, and I found your herbal advice spot on.
The other alternative remedies were an eye-opener. I have tried the massages on clients and the pressure points you suggested (nice to see you're incorporating Traditional Chinese Medicine!) and I've found we get results in 50% less time than by just taking the herbs alone.
What a great source of info!

Your Book Wasn't For Me But Thanks For The Refund
Thank you for your fast reply and honouring your refund policy. I thought you were selling a pill to make the endo go away. I really didn't want to read a report. Sorry for the inconvenience.
